How do I connect or update my credit card?
You can securely connect or update your credit card in your Bella&Bona account at any time.
Your credit card is used:
• When your Wallet balance is insufficient• When you manually add money to your Wallet
Your company’s meal allowance is always applied first.
On Desktop (ecom.bellabona.com)
- Log into your account.
- Go to Profile.
- Click on Card.
- Select Add credit card or update your existing card.
- Enter your card details and save.

On Mobile App (iOS & Android)
- Open the Bella&Bona app.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Card.
- Add or update your credit card details.
- Confirm and save.

Is my card information secure?
Yes. Your payment details are securely processed and encrypted.
Bella&Bona does not store your full credit card information directly.
Credit card cannot be added?
If your card is declined or cannot be added:
• Double-check your card number and expiry date• Ensure online payments are enabled
• Confirm your card supports international or online transactions
• Contact your bank if needed
