How do I connect or update my credit card?

You can securely connect or update your credit card in your Bella&Bona account at any time.

Your credit card is used:

• When your Wallet balance is insufficient
• When you manually add money to your Wallet


Your company’s meal allowance is always applied first.

On Desktop (ecom.bellabona.com)

  1. Log into your account.
  2. Go to Profile.
  3. Click on Card.
  4. Select Add credit card or update your existing card.
  5. Enter your card details and save.

On Mobile App (iOS & Android)

  1. Open the Bella&Bona app.
  2. Go to Profile.
  3. Tap Card.
  4. Add or update your credit card details.
  5. Confirm and save.

Is my card information secure?

Yes. Your payment details are securely processed and encrypted.
Bella&Bona does not store your full credit card information directly.


Credit card cannot be added?

If your card is declined or cannot be added:

• Double-check your card number and expiry date
• Ensure online payments are enabled
• Confirm your card supports international or online transactions
• Contact your bank if needed
