The Bella&Bona Daily Lunch Assistant operates entirely within your Slack workspace and only uses the minimum permissions required to send automated reminders.

The app does not access or store internal company communication.

Specifically, the assistant:

  • Does not read private messages between employees

  • Does not access conversations outside the designated Bella&Bona channel

  • Does not analyze or store internal Slack communication

The app only uses technical permissions required to send automated reminder messages related to lunch ordering.

Bella&Bona cannot access your internal Slack conversations, and all workspace data remains within your organization’s Slack environment.
