Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Bella&Bona Referral Program!

By participating in this program, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read them carefully.

 

 

1. Eligibility to Refer

Anyone can refer—you don’t need to be a Bella&Bona customer.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible under applicable law.

2. Eligible Referrals

To qualify as a Successful Referral, the referred company must:

  • Be located in Munich or Berlin;

  • Employ 50 or more people;

  • Sign up for Bella&Bona’s daily lunch program, with at least 2 lunch days per week;

Remain an active customer for a minimum of 2 consecutive months following launch.

3. Rewards

Upon successful referral:

You are entitled to choose between:
  •   • €750 in Amazon vouchers, or
  •   • €1,500 in Bella&Bona platform credit;

You must select your preferred reward directly in the initial Referral Form;

If no preference is indicated, Bella&Bona will default the reward to Amazon vouchers;

Rewards are issued per successful referral, and

There is no cap—refer as many companies as you like!

4. Referral Process

Submit your referral through our official B2B Referral Program Form;

Bella&Bona will review and qualify the lead;

Only submissions made through the official form will be considered;

  • Include a brief note on why the company would benefit from Bella&Bona to help us make a great first impression.

5. Reward Conditions

  • The referred company must not already be a Bella&Bona customer or actively in sales discussions;
Self-referrals are allowed, provided you're not the final decision-maker for the deal;
  • Employees of a referred company may refer other businesses;
Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash;
  • Bella&Bona credits are valid on all eligible products and services on our platform.

6. Timing and Notification

  • Once the referred company completes their first 2 months, you’ll be contacted within 1–2 weeks;
We will notify you using the contact info submitted in your form;
  • Bella&Bona is not responsible for delayed or missed communication due to incorrect contact details.

7. Limitations and Disqualifications

Bella&Bona reserves the right to:

  •   • Verify the eligibility of any participant or referred company;
  •   • Reject referrals that are incomplete, ineligible, or suspicious;
Withhold rewards in the event of fraud, abuse, or violation of the terms;
  • Modify or terminate the program at any time without prior notice.

8. Data Privacy & Confidentiality

Your contact details remain confidential and will not be shared with the referred company;
  • By participating, you consent to the use of your data for program administration purposes.

9. Legal Terms

  • The program is void where prohibited by law;
Bella&Bona offers no warranty on the tax treatment of rewards—you are responsible for any applicable tax obligations;
  • These terms are governed by German law. All disputes will be handled by the courts in Munich.
