How Reminder Messages Work

After installation and setup, the Bella&Bona Lunch Assistant automatically sends reminder messages inside your Slack workspace.

Reminders are scheduled based on:

  • Your company’s lunch service days

  • The configured order cut-off time

  • The language selected during setup

  • Your Slack workspace configuration

These reminders help employees:

  • Check the weekly menu

  • Place or update their lunch orders

  • Order before the deadline

Messages are posted in the designated Bella&Bona channel to ensure the whole team stays informed.
