  • Click on the link you will find in your companys email address

How can I create a corporate account (only companies)?

What can I do if an ingredient is missing or is wrong?
Please use our chatbox and leave your companys email address and your order date or delivery date, if possible and we will get back to you! You can also write us an email with your issue to: request@bellabona.com
My order is late what can I do?
We are sorry that your delivery has not arrived yet, our driver was delayed on the way. He will arrive at your office soon! Please contact us in urgent cases with help of the chatbox or write us an email to request@bellabona.com
My lunch is missing, what can I do?
We are sorry to hear that we didn’t deliver your order with the delivery to your company. We will investigate what happened and make sure it doesn’t happen again. Please use our chatbox and leave your companys email address and your order date or delivery date, if possible and we will get back to you!
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order everyday before 09.30 cut-off time. Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel your order after the cut-off time.
What can I do if I have a technical problem?
You can rather use or chatbox and describe your concern as precisely as possible (Website or App) and leave your companys email address and your order date or delivery date, if possible and we will get back to you! Or you can write us an email to request@bellabona.com
Can I combine my Wallet with other payment options?
The Bella&Bona can´t be combined with other payment options like your credit card. We are sorry!
I have money left in your Wallet, but not enough to order a dish, what can I do?
We are sorry but the money from the Wallet can´t be combined with other payment options! To use the money please add more money to your Wallet & enjoy your meal!
I can't add my credit card, what can I do?
We are sorry for the issue! Please send us a screenshot (chatbox or email to: request@bellabona.com) and we will solve it for you or we will get back to you!

How can I change my payment option?
You can change your payment of choice in your Profile settings.
I have an issue with the app

How can I reset my password?
  • Go to the log in section and click on Forgot Password.
  • Insert your company's email address
  • You will receive a link to create a new password to your company's email address
  • Follow the link and set a new password
  • Log in with your company email address and your new password
When should I return the packaging?
Return the packaging when you are finished with your lunch, please make sure to remove any leftover food. If you need more time, you are welcome to take your bowl home, if you return it to the Bella & Bona black box within 1 week.
Where should I return it?
When you are finished with your meal, return the bowl and the lid to the Bella&Bona black box. Please make sure to remove any leftover food
I have lost my Vytal bowl, what can I do?
If you are not able to return your bowl within the 1-week time frame, please inform your office manager.
What happen if I lose it / don’t return it?
Return your bowl within 1 week to one of the Bella & Bona black boxes, or to any restaurant or collection point in the Vytal network. If you are not able to return your bowl within this time frame, please inform your office manager.
What Is My Wallet?
It is a virtual wallet that you can use to pay for your meal and where you will be able to access your refund(s). The Wallet Balance can be used for future purchases or withdrawn at any time.

  • How To Use My Wallet? You may view the Wallet Balance at checkout and apply it to your purchase.
  • Can I Withdraw the Money from My Wallet? Unfortunately, at the moment, it’s not possible to withdraw the money from the wallet but you can transfer it to a friend or colleague.
  • How can I transfer my credit to another account? To transfer your credit to another account you just need to contact us at invoices@bellabona.com writing in the subject: “Transfer my wallet credit”.
