Credit card upload failed - What to do

If you are experiencing issues when trying to add your credit card for payment, this may be related to your bank’s verification process.

Some banks require additional authentication steps that may prevent the card from being successfully added.

We are continuously improving this process to make it smoother and more secure.

How to fix it

Check your bank verification

In some cases, your bank may require:

  • Additional authentication (e.g., 3D Secure)
  • Confirmation via your banking app
  • A temporary verification step

Please:

  1. Make sure your banking app is up to date.
  2. Check if you received a notification from your bank.
  3. Try again after a few minutes.

 

Important

At the moment, credit card is the available payment method for ordering.
