Outstanding payment — Why can’t I place an order?

If you see a message indicating an outstanding payment, your account may be temporarily blocked from placing new orders.

This happens when a previous payment has not been successfully completed or is still pending in the system.

To prevent duplicate charges or unpaid orders, the system temporarily restricts new orders until the balance is cleared.

 

How to fix it

Step 1 - Check your previous payment

Please verify:

  • Whether your last payment was successfully completed
  • If you received a confirmation email
  • If the charge appears in your bank account

If your payment was declined, you can try again by updating your payment method.


Step 2 - If you were charged but still see the message

In some cases, a payment may appear completed on your bank side but is not yet fully processed in our system.

If this happens, our team may need to manually review and resolve the issue.
