Who has access to the Customer Portal?
The Customer Portal is a personal, individual tool. Each user logs in with their own unique credentials and manages their own requests independently.
Is it just me, or can my whole company access it?
Access is individual. Only you can log into your account and see the tickets you have submitted.
Your colleagues do not have access to your tickets, and you do not have access to theirs — even if you work at the same company.
Can my colleagues see my tickets?
No. Your requests are fully private and only visible to you and the Bella&Bona support team handling them.
Do we all share the same login?
No. Each person has their own unique login and password. Credentials are not shared between colleagues.
Will I receive notifications?
Yes — you will receive an email notification whenever:
- The Bella&Bona team replies to your ticket
- The status of your request is updated
Notifications are sent only to the account holder who submitted the ticket.
Can I add other colleagues to the portal?
Yes! If a colleague (such as another office manager or an HR contact) hasn't received their portal invite yet, simply reach out to our support team and we'll send them their own unique login credentials.
Please note: each user manages their own tickets independently. Colleagues cannot view each other's requests.
