Most companies plan office food one order at a time. A calendar makes it easier, because you see the whole year and book the big dates early.

Here is a simple way to plan 2027 with three building blocks. Use it as a starting point and adapt it to your team.

The three building blocks

  • Office Lunch: the daily base. Fresh meals for your team, from 30 employees.
  • Pop-up Restaurant: the exclusive, premium format. We come to your office and serve your guests on site. Best for the moments that matter.
  • Catering: one-off events, from a team meeting to a party.

Q1: start the year well

  • January: kick off the year with a Pop-up Restaurant for the whole team, and start or restart your daily Office Lunch.
  • February: keep the daily lunch going. This is a good month to check what your team orders most.
  • March: catering for a quarterly all-hands or a team meeting.

Q2: onboarding and team days

  • April: welcome new joiners with a shared lunch, and use catering for a workshop day.
  • May: keep the daily lunch. Plan the summer party and book early.
  • June: catering for your summer party, or a Pop-up Restaurant for a client day or an anniversary.

Q3: summer and the return

  • July: lighter menus, and a shared lunch for the teams still in the office.
  • August: plan ahead. Decide your autumn dates and the Christmas party now.
  • September: welcome everyone back with a Pop-up Restaurant or a catered kick-off day.

Q4: closing the year

  • October: catering for team events and offsites.
  • November: a Pop-up Restaurant for a client or partner day, and the final booking for your Christmas party.
  • December: catering for your Christmas party, with the daily lunch running until the break.

How to plan it

  • Fix your big dates first: kick-off, summer party, client days and the Christmas party.
  • Book early. December and the summer months fill up first.
  • Keep the daily lunch as the constant, and use the Pop-up Restaurant and catering as highlights.
  • Share the calendar with your team, so people know what to look forward to.
